These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Expert Witness Insights website, newsletters, dashboards, and related services (the “Service”), provided by ESG Intelligence Private Limited (“EWi”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or your access at any time as needed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content to build a competing product or dataset.
• Do not interfere with or degrade the Service or attempt to bypass security controls.

AI-assisted content

Some content is generated, summarized, or classified with the assistance of AI. AI-assisted content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or omissions. You must independently verify information before relying on it. EWi disclaims all warranties related to AI outputs and shall not be liable for any use of or reliance on such content.

Intellectual property

Except for third-party materials we reference and link, all Service content, features, and functionality are owned by or licensed to EWi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for your internal, professional use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

No legal advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, or legal representation.

Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EWi from and against claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
